Home Instead is seeking caring and compassionate individuals in Paducah and the surrounding areas to join our team! We are especially looking for those with daytime availability (7A–3P) who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors in our community.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation

• Deliver specialized Alzheimer’s and dementia care (training provided)

What We’re Looking For:

• A compassionate, dependable personality with a heart for helping others

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to pass background, motor vehicle, and drug screenings

• Valid driver’s license & auto insurance (if transporting clients)

• No prior experience required—we provide all training!
