What You’ll Do:

Serve as the first impression of our team—responding to employment inquiries in a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable manner.

Drive creative and effective recruitment strategies both online and throughout the community.

Interview applicants and oversee the complete hiring process, ensuring each new hire meets our Home Instead standards.

Manage and facilitate background checks, drug screens, reference verification, and motor vehicle checks for all CAREPros.

Lead new hire orientation and ongoing training programs to ensure CAREPros are confident, prepared, and inspired.

Cultivate CAREPro engagement and retention by addressing the five core CAREPro needs and offering ongoing support.

Conduct annual reviews, provide performance feedback, and address concerns with professionalism and care.

Collaborate closely with the Scheduling Department to create meaningful, high-quality matches between CAREPros and clients.

Lead disciplinary procedures and terminations when needed, with fairness and thoughtful judgment.

Organize and execute CAREPro events, appreciation activities, and training opportunities to foster a thriving team culture.

Assist with on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis.

Regularly review and update training materials to align with the latest Home Instead standards.
What You Bring:

Proven leadership experience, ideally in a caregiving, healthcare, or customer-focused environment.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.
