This key position helps ensure continuity of care, peace of mind, and 24/7 support for our clients and team.
This is a remote, part-time position with scheduled evening and overnight responsibilities. Perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and passionate about senior care.
On-Call Hours:
Monday–Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM the following morning

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from clients, CAREPro's, and prospective clients during on-call hours
- Handle urgent scheduling needs, call-outs, and last-minute changes professionally and efficiently
- Provide guidance, reassurance, or escalation support as needed
- Document all after-hours activity and communicate relevant information to the office team by the following morning
- Coordinate emergency staffing or care coverage as necessary
- Follow established protocols while exercising good judgment in problem-solving
- Serve as a calm and competent point of contact during non-office hours
- Ability to respond quickly and calmly in urgent or sensitive situations
- Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
- Dependable with excellent follow-through and attention to detail
- Must be comfortable using a smartphone, mobile scheduling app, and email
- Must be dependable and available to provide coverage when last-minute call-outs or urgent staffing needs arise during on-call hours
