Home Instead is seeking compassionate and dedicated Rapid Response Care Professional to join our team and contribute to our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults in our community.

At Home Instead, we provide a range of non-medical services that empower seniors to remain in their homes, allowing them to navigate the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and respect.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Offering companionship and engaging in meaningful conversations with clients

• Assisting with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation

• Providing medication and appointment reminders

• Offering specialized care for individuals with Alzheimer’s or related conditions

• Ensuring that seniors and their property are treated with dignity and respect

• Communicating with clients in a friendly and professional manner

• Completing required background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and drug screenings

• Maintaining a valid driver’s license and auto insurance (required if driving clients)

Additional Requirements:

• No prior experience is necessary, as Home Instead provides comprehensive skills training.

• On-call availability and occasional work within the office.

• Flexibility to work between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and every other weekend!
